keep it up, anne :) vinyasa with monica is a lot of fun. try doing a vinyasa and yin back to back! super sarap!!! i read your comment in my blog (well, email hehe, havent logged on to my site dashboard yet hehe) and just had to say THANK YOU! ive been on the losing end of the battle lately, as you know, im an emo eater and well, things have kinda been hard lately but your comment made me remember what i was working for to begin with, im glad to know you found inspiration...i too am re-inspired! i will be practicing in beyond next week, tues am with dona, and maybe wednesday or friday afternoon. i hope to run into you there :)

oh and yes...its all in the breath....on and off the mat :)

I must say i enjoyed this blog regarding acne scar treatment. This has been extremely informative as very well as useful. I just started my very own scar treatment myself. My scars are deep and extremely old, so it may deemed a little difficult for me to remove my old scars, but letâ??s see what the results are. I will report returning my progress.
